Lettings Administator Required

We are seeking an extremely organised and efficient individual to join our lettings department based in Benson.

You will be part of a small team managing the administration for lettings. This is a busy role that would suit a property administrator with at least 1 years experience.

Your central role will be co-ordinating the move-in and move-out processes and ensuring all tenancy paperwork is correct, dealing with maintenance issues, liaising with tenants and landlords and supporting the rest of the lettings team, whilst maintaining excellent customer service delivery.

An excellent telephone manner is essential as you will be the first point of contact within the lettings department.

Competent use of Microsoft office is a must.
