For a client who had relocated overseas and had a portfolio of 12 rental properties, 6 of which required complete refurbishment.

We created specifications for each individual property and created budget based on the rental income we could achieve once work was completed. After organising multiple quotes we instructed the chosen contractor and attended site daily to monitor progress.

As these properties were period buildings we had to be extra vigilant when choosing what work could be carried out and swiftly dealing with any issues that arose.

As our client was overseas, we also handled site meetings and went to various showrooms to select fixtures and fittings.

We advised on style and design and planned colour schemes throughout.

Upon completion on work, we paid contractor invoices and prepared each property for letting.

The landlords now have full occupancy across their portfolio and tenants that take excellent care of their houses.


A local charity run community club with potential of creating additional income to cover the running costs of the club.

Working with the committee presidents we suggested other areas within the club that would create a new revenue stream which was needed to improve their facilities and cover the day to day costs.

We also took over the management of the building which is listed and requires regular preventative maintenance.

Some of our work included refurbishing rooms within the building which were then let out as office space, assisting with their re-brand and marketing, fortnightly meetings on progression, planning for future work and creating timelines, letting our other commercial areas within the building.

We have completed the work we originally set out to do and continue to plan for future income potential for the club.
