Nuffield is a rural hamlet, located on the edge of the Chiltern Hills, between Henley and Wallingford. Henley, about 5 miles, has a range of local and larger shops, a Waitrose supermarket, cinema and theatre, together with sports clubs and rowing. There is a station providing services to London (Paddington) in about one hour via Twyford. Wallingford is a slightly smaller market town, with lots of character, also on the River Thames. Oxford is about 20 miles by car, and central London under 50 miles.
The property has accommodation over two floors. The ground floor includes the hall and a utility area, with walk in shower, and a door into the garden. On the first floor there are two double bedrooms, both with built in storage, a living room, kitchen and bathroom. There is also off road parking and a private enclosed garden. Heating and hot water are provided by an oil fired boiler. The property is unfurnished; sorry, not suitable for pets.
